Overview
The Division of Plastic Surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital is the largest plastic surgery practice in eastern Massachusetts. With 13 physicians on staff at 5 locations, our highly trained physicians enable care unachievable elsewhere.
We also have a long history of excellence. Our first Chief of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Joseph Murray, was a recipient of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1990. Dr. Murray's commitment to the patient still shines throughout our work today. Plastic Surgery means doing everything we can - today and tomorrow - for the cosmetic, reconstructive, and traumatic needs of our patients.
